RSBuilt were instructed to renovate a small beach house.
Once all works are completed – it will provide the owners with a two bedroom – two bathroom home. The clients will be residing in this house rather than using it as a holiday home – so they have requested very high standard finishes to all rooms, importing many items from Europe.
Work started in September 2012 with the Villa passed back to the owner for occupation in May 2013.
