RSBuilt were commissioned to renovate this 3 bedroom 2 story home in 2009.
The scope of works included a full removal of all existing architectural fittings including kitchen, windows and structural demolition works.
The home was suffering from severe water leaks which were due to poor workmanship on the original build. A new pool, pool deck area in front of the home were constructed so the new owners can enjoy the sunset views out to Banrak Bay.
The renovation was completed late in 2009.
