RSBuilt have been instructed to build a four bedroom sea front villa. Construction began in January 2013 with the land being cleared of coconut trees but keeping the front line trees.
At the beginning of October 2013 the roof structure is in place with cedar shingle tiles fitted across all buildings. A particular feature for this Villa is its independence from utilities having its own power supply (Generator) and water well. Septic tanks also store all waste.
Our client has also decided to fit a high specification European security and camera system.
